Mixed Use Development, Upper Clapton, London
The project comprised of 90 residential units, 2000m2 of retail and commercial space and a new community centre. The flats were designed around private courtyards and a new pedestrian link has been created between Upper Clapton Road and the existing residential streets to the East. The project meets 'Code for Sustainable Homes' level 4.
This project was undertaken while Hugh was employed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects.
