Planning and Listed Building consent has been obtained for a contemporary glass and zinc extension to a Grade II Listed house within a conservation area. The brief for the project was to refurbish and alter the existing lower ground floor 'granny flat.' The new extension provides a new kitchen and dining space to the rear of the property that opens out to a patio garden and a cleaner internal separation from the rest of the property.
