2 New Houses, Finsbury Park, London

These two new family houses were constructed for Family Mosaic Housing Association on a backland site that previously consisted of disused garages. The 4 bedroom properties have South facing gardens and terraces and meet 'Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.' The timber frame construction allowed for large amounts of insulation in the walls and renewable energy has been provided by air source heat pumps on the roof.
